M & E Department

This Department is responsible for liaising with all stakeholders and working with the communities to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of all SA activities.  It is responsible for maintaining an information and data base for all activities undertaken by the SA. It coordinates the monitoring and evaluation function of the SA; and it has two units under it: Management Information System (MIS) and Monitoring and evaluation (M & E).

The MIS unit is expected to assist in managing and tracking budgets, providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and costing and price comparisons, while the M&E unit is charged with the responsibility of planning, organizing and implementing the M&E function.  The M & E Manager shall be concerned largely with planning function and overseeing the affairs of the two units.
