M & E Department

This Department is responsible for liaising with all stakeholders and working with the communities to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of all SA activities. Β It is responsible for maintaining an information and data base for all activities undertaken by the SA. It coordinates the monitoring and evaluation function of the SA; and it has two units under it: Management Information System (MIS) and Monitoring and evaluation (M & E).

The MIS unit is expected to assist in managing and tracking budgets, providing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and costing and price comparisons, while the M&E unit is charged with the responsibility of planning, organizing and implementing the M&E function. Β The M & E Manager shall be concerned largely with planning function and overseeing the affairs of the two units.
